I’m Teri Sommer, a Georgia-based photographer and the creative heart behind Sommer Days Photography, where I capture the quiet beauty of the natural world through light, color, and emotion. Rooted in faith and a deep reverence for the Creator and His creation, my work invites others to pause and rediscover the sacred in the everyday.
Beyond my creative work, I also photograph canine and equine sports, including dryland mushing and endurance riding—where energy, motion, and connection take center stage through a different kind of lens.
My photography has been published in Southern Distinction, Modern Dog, and Endurance News, and is part of a permanent installation at a hospital in Braselton, Georgia. I’ve also had the joy of exhibiting my work through the Monroe-Walton Center for the Arts.
I live in the charming town of Monroe, Georgia, with my husband and our dog, Murray, and I’m the proud mom of two grown children. When I’m not behind the lens, you’ll probably find me spending time with the people I love or dreaming up our next adventure.
Thanks for stopping by my little corner of the internet.
I’m so glad you’re here.
